Service Provider: All technical specification support is provided by Numinous Maxim, LLC. All design-assist coordination and physical installation services are performed solely by Quantum Nexus Construction, LLC.
Relationship: Quantum Daylite provides no construction or engineering services and acts as the technical intake engine for the Triad’s integrated capabilities.
2. Professional Engineering Collaboration
Quantum Daylite and Quantum Nexus Construction are not licensed architectural or engineering firms. Quantum provides technical consultations based strictly on verified manufacturer-provided data and performance specifications. All site-specific structural judgments, rafter modifications, or architectural stamps are referred to our independent professional engineering partners, such as JEI Structural.
To ensure project safety and compliance:
JEI Structural Engineering: Professional structural engineering, specialized glazing calculations, and facade consulting are provided through a professional collaboration with JEI Structural Engineering.
Independent Entities: This collaboration does not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Each entity remains solely responsible for its own professional conduct, work product, and insurance.
