• Standard Unit Skylights: Optimized for homeowners, townhome communities, and multi-family property managers requiring high-efficiency replacements, venting roof windows, or solar-powered upgrades. We operate as a recognized VELUX Certified Installer.

• Custom Architectural Skylights: Specifying solutions for commercial properties, general contractors, and luxury custom estates. Systems include manufacturer-engineered architectural glass systems, custom polycarbonate arrays, and multi-bay structural grids.

Project Execution, Engineering, & Compliance: Quantum Daylite Solutions does not provide engineering services of any kind. All skylight systems are engineered exclusively by their respective third-party manufacturers. Any required site-specific structural engineering calculations or wind/snow load stamps are provided strictly by independent, licensed professional engineers. All on-site construction, physical installations, and permitted contracting are managed through Quantum Nexus Construction, LLC, utilizing a structured protocol to safeguard weather-tight validation.

The principal of Quantum Daylite Solutions brings a unique intersection of hands-on roofing trade execution, mechanical design experience, and formal engineering education.

• Formal Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

• Machine Design: Multi-year background in mechanical design roles (2008–2013), focusing on mechanical tolerances, component & assembly design, and systems integrations.

• Field-Level Expertise: Practical, real-world exposure directly within the roofing trade. This background provides first-hand knowledge of how building envelopes perform under heavy alpine snowpacks, severe thermal shifts, and intense mountain UV.
