The Wave-Particle Duality of AECO
We bridge the gap between architectural vision (the wave) and high-performance industrial hardware (the particle). Specializing in skylight systems specified for the Colorado Front Range and Mountain Region, our technical consultation helps safeguard your building’s daylighting alignment with its structural integrity. From product scoping to field coordination, we provide the quantum leap your project needs.

“The more precisely the position is determined, the less precisely the momentum is known.” — Werner Heisenberg
At Quantum, we apply this principle to bridge the gap between creative architectural vision and high-stakes execution. Our process is a strategic movement through a specialized lifecycle designed to reduce mid-cycle friction and protect your design intent.
Phase 1: Defining the Position
We begin with specialized design-support and technical consulting to establish the project’s initial parameters. By applying technical focus during this early stage, we identify complex structural detailing challenges early. This minimizes the late-stage RFI loops and structural conflicts that typically disrupt a project’s timeline.
Phase 2: The Safe Build℠ Protocol
Once the initial position is set, we refine that vision to insulate the project from structural, regulatory, and environmental exposure. During this critical phase, we coordinate strictly with the Architect and the Engineer to stabilize the project's physical and aesthetic boundaries. This analytical gate ensures that engineering precision directly serves the ultimate experience of light, materializing a platform that is both beautiful and structurally sound.
Phase 3: Field Coordination
With the system specifications finalized, we transition to our CAD TO CRANE℠ Protocol. This phase targets installation coordination through Quantum Nexus Construction. Through this unified approach, we work to maintain project momentum, supporting a consistent transition from the drawing board to the skyline.
All project-specific designs require final review and approval by the Architect or Engineer of Record.
